Since launching in July 2023, ZenKids has been on a mission to empower children to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and resilience through the practice of yoga and mindfulness. Our program creates a nurturing and inclusive environment where children can explore their inner world, build physical strength, enhance focus, and develop emotional intelligence.

ZenKids introduces children to yoga in a fun and engaging way, fostering physical, mental, and emotional well-being through mindfulness and movement. Through themed classes, children learn yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mindful activities that promote balance, focus, and self-awareness.

Our Comprehensive Pose Library
The ZenKids curriculum features 50 unique yoga poses, each with detailed instructions designed specifically for young practitioners. From foundational poses like Downward-Facing Dog and Mountain Pose to more challenging positions like Crow Pose, Wheel Pose, and Handstand, children progress at their own pace while building strength, flexibility, and confidence.
