Week 1: Cookie Creations

Students kicked off the program learning to make classic chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies. The icebreaker "Cookie Favorites" had everyone sharing their favorite cookie flavors and memories.

Rich, fudgy brownies took center stage as students learned classic brownie recipes and creative presentation tips. A brownie taste test helped everyone discover their preferences while practicing safe handling of chocolate and ingredients.

Week 3: Fun Funnel Cakes

Students shared festival memories while learning to make and fry funnel cakes. They practiced safe frying techniques and explored decorating options including powdered sugar, chocolate, and fruit toppings.

Week 4: Wholesome Zucchini Bread

Quick breads brought nutrition into the mix! Students made moist zucchini bread with spices and optional chocolate chips, learning about proper handling and storage of fresh produce along the way.

Week 5: Creative Cupcakes

Funfetti and chocolate cupcakes provided the canvas for students to express their creativity. They learned simple frosting and decoration methods while ensuring cleanliness in cupcake preparation.

Week 6: Two-Tier Cake Extravaganza

The program culminated in the ultimate challenge—creating a two-tier cake! Students prepared and baked layers, learned techniques for frosting, piping, and adding decorative elements, then showcased their finished cakes with a mini taste test.
