About This Program

Our yoga program offers young people tools for physical and mental wellness that they can use throughout their lives. In a supportive, non-competitive environment, students learn yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices.

Each session includes movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation. Students develop body awareness, flexibility, and strategies for managing stress and emotions.
